Mumbai Deliveries:

• Standard Shipping: Get your order within 1-2 business days!
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Outside Mumbai Deliveries:

• Freshness First: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't ship outside Mumbai orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
• Standard Shipping: Expect your order within 3-4 business days during the selected week at checkout.
• Faster Delivery Option: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will ship the same day for arrival within 3-4 business days.
• Order After 1 PM? Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship on the next business day. This includes orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday, which will ship out the following Monday and arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.

Confirmation Emails:

• Order Receipt: Look for an immediate email with your order details after placing it.
• Confirmation with Details: Within 2 hours, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, total amount, and any gift message included.

Review Your Order:

• Double-Check Everything: Please take a moment to review this email as soon as possible. Make sure the delivery address, items ordered, and estimated arrival dates are all accurate.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
